HOW WE DELIVER THE ORDERS?

For maximum convenience and correctness towards our customers, each order comes with a “review and test” option. In case you do not like the model or the size does not fit you, you can immediately refuse it to the courier.
In case of cancelling an order after an reviewing and / or testing it, the customer is obliged to pay the costs for the delivery to the courier .

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR YOUR ORDER:
You have the right to return or replace what you ordered within 14 days, but only if the products are in the exact same condition in which you received them from us. The product not to have been used outside, but only tried on at home and the original packaging and labels not to be removed. If these conditions are met, as soon as we receive the products back from you, we will replace them with a pre-selected model or refund the full value you paid for them.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PURCHASED PRODUCT?

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME?
Orders placed before 15:00 are processed on the same day and delivered within 4 working days, but most often they may arrive the next working day between 9:30 and 17:00 at an address or by 10:00 in the courier’s office.
On Saturday, deliveries to the office are made until 13:00 as the courier companies work from 9:00 to 13:00, and orders that are to the address are delivered after the weekend.
Orders placed after 15:00 are processed on the next business day. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. Deliveries are not made on public holidays.
